- Can I return items?--All our items are thoughtfully designed with your little ones in mind. Due to this custom approach all sales are final. Please double check sizing and quantity. If there are issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will make every effort to correct it. While we strive to ensure quality and accuracy, we are human! Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us with any issues at info@magnoliaandmae.com within 5 days of receiving your order. In the event of a manufacturer defect or incomplete order we will make all efforts to replace the damaged or missing items. If we do not have a replacement available, we will issue a store credit upon receipt and inspection of the defective item. To be eligible, we will only accept unworn items with original tags attached.
- What is your shipping policy?--We ship via USPS standard unless expedited shipping is selected. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. You will receive email correspondence related to your order and shipping.
- When do pre-order items ship?--The estimated arrival time for pre-order items will be listed with each product. Please note that these ETA's are subject to change. Please do not combine in stock items with pre-order items in the same order. See below.
- Do pre-order and in stock items ship together?--Please do not combine pre-order and in stock items in the same order. In stock items will ship with pre-order items when they are available. You can create separate orders for in stock items and they will ship within 3 business days as usual.
